Provisión de empleos. La provisión de los empleos creados en el artículo 2° del presente Decreto deberá hacerse de manera gradual de conformidad con las disponibilidades presupuesta les y hasta la concurrencia presupuestal de cada vigencia, cumpliendo con todos los requisitos legales para tal fin y de conformidad con lo dispuesto en la Ley 909 de 2004 y demás disposiciones sobre la materia.
