° Los gastos que demande la ejecución de este Decreto se tomarán de los créditos abiertos por ley al Ministerio de Obras Públicas, para la celebración del centenario de la batalla de Boyacá. En consecuencia, toda disposición de la Junta que implique gasto del Tesoro Público, necesita de la aprobación de dicho Ministerio, con el cual se entenderá ella en todo lo relativo a la ejecución de su encargo.
