Régimen jurídico y administrativo . El Hospital Universitario San Juan de Dios y Materno Infantil estará sometido al régimen jurídico contenido en el presente Decreto Ley y, en lo no previsto en él, a los que rigen el Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud, el Sistema de Ciencia, Tecnología e Innovación, el Sistema Nacional de Patrimonio Cultural y a las normas del servicio público de educación superior aplicables.

Decreto 1959 de 2023 · por medio del cual se adoptan medidas para la adquisición y recuperación de la infraestructura del hospital San Juan de Dios y el Instituto Materno Infantil y se crea una entidad de carácter especial “Hospital Universitario San Juan de Dios y Materno Infantil”.
