Podrán ser declarados en quiebra los socios de las sociedades mercantiles irregulares o de hecho o cualquiera de ellos y el gestor de las accidentales o de cuentas en participación; pero en las sociedades anónimas irregulares, sólo podrán serlo los accionistas que directa o indirectamente hayan tomado parte en la administración.
