Art. 7.° Los Administradores de las Aduanas de Buenaventura, Barranquilla, Orocué y Cúcuta, el Administrador principal de Correos en Panamá y el Agente postal en Colón, darán entrada en sus cuentas á los productos de los Derechos consulares que reciban conforme al artículo 5.°, de la manera prevenida en el artículo anterior; y remitirán también, mensualmente, al Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores, el Estado de Caja relacionado con este impuesto, conforme al modelo adjunto, número 2 haciendo en él las variaciones correspondientes.
