El costo total de dicho equipo es de cinco millones ciento cuarenta mil pesos ($ 5.140.000.00), según estudios elaborados por el Instituto de Aprovechamiento de Aguas y Fomento Eléctrico, y de dicho costo la Nación aportará la suma antes dicha en el artículo 1º, y el saldo se obligará aportarlo el Municipio de Plato.
