El Decreto 1698 de 1964, empezará a regir el 1° de enero de 1965. Sin embargo, los Magistrados del Tribunal Superior Disciplinario y los funcionarios del Ministerio Público previstos en dicho Decreto, podrán tomar posesión de sus cargos únicamente con posterioridad al 30 de junio de 1965. Las normas sobre vigilancia judicial y sanciones disciplinarias contenidas en el referido Decreto, entrarán en vigencia el 1° de julio de 1965.
