El escrutinio general de los votos emitidos en la elección del representante de los empleados de carrera de la Contraloría departamental en la Comisión Seccional de Carrera, se llevará a cabo dentro del primer día hábil siguiente a la votación, públicamente por la comisión escrutadora de que trata el artículo anterior. Dicha comisión escrutará con base en los resultados del acta de escrutinio suscrita por el jurado de votación.
