º. Campo de aplicación. El presente Decreto contiene las disposiciones relativas a la creación, condiciones y forma de operación del Régimen Subsidiado del Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud, SGSSS. Así mismo, determina los criterios para establecer, los beneficiarios del Régimen, el plan de beneficios, los mecanismos de financiación, y las reglas para la administración y gestión de los recursos del Régimen Subsidiado del SGSSS.
