°. Delegación . Los miembros del Consejo Nacional de Conciliación y Acceso a la Justicia no podrán delegar su participación en el mismo, con excepción del Ministro de Trabajo y Seguridad Social, el Ministro de Educación Nacional, el Procurador General de la Nación, el Fiscal General de la Nación, el Defensor del Pueblo, el Presidente del Consejo Superior de la Judicatura y el Director del Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar. Los delegados deberán enviar la autorización a la Secretaría Técnica del Consejo Nacional de Conciliación y Acceso a la Justicia, en forma oportuna, previamente a la reunión correspondiente.
