El Ministerio de Industrias y Trabajo procederá a formar el inventario de los terrenos baldíos adjudicados por la Nación de 1824 en adelante; a verificar el cumplimiento que los adjudicatarios hayan dado a lo prescrito en las respectivas concesiones y a declarar de oficio la reincorporación al dominio del estado de todas aquellas porciones en las cuales no se hayan llenado los requisitos correspondientes, teniendo en cuenta a este efecto las disposiciones de la presente Ley.
