Artículo único. Desde el dia 1. ° de enero próximo disfrutará el Telegrafista de Cali, del aumento de un cinco por ciento anual del sueldo que le está asignado por el Presupuesto. Este aumento se imputará, de acuerdo con el decreto de 6 de setiembre último, número 451, al capítulo 7, ° Telégrafos (personal), artículo 2.° (bis.)
