OBLIGACION DE AFILIACION DE CONTRATISTAS DEL ESTADO. De acuerdo con el artículo 282 de la Ley 100 de 1993, ninguna persona natural podrá prestar directamente sus servicios al Estado bajo la modalidad de contrato de prestación de servicios, sin afiliarse al Sistema de Seguridad Social en Salud previsto en el presente Estatuto.
