Calidades de los delegados, el inspector in situ y los reemplazantes. El Ministerio de Educación Nacional determinará las calidades que deben reunir las personas que sean designadas como delegado, inspector in situ o reemplazante.

El Ministerio podrá dar por terminado y reemplazar en cualquier momento a la persona designada.
