Articulo 109 . El Consejo Directivo de la Corporación queda facultado para adquirir, cualesquiera sea su valor, inmuebles destinados a obras públicas decretadas por el sistema de valorización. La adquisición se hará con preferencia para las obras que hubieren sido distribuidas, con respecto a aquellas que solo hubieren sido decretadas.
