Las Unidades Inmobiliarias Cerradas tendránáreas libres engramadas y arborizadas destinadas al cuidado del medio ambiente, al ornato y a la recreación.

Además, cuando las dimensiones de la Unidad Inmobiliaria Cerrada lo permitan, se construirán parques comunes internos debidamente autorizados.
