Suspensión De Cursos

Decreto 989 de 1992 · por el cual se reglamentan algunas disposiciones del Decreto 1211 de 1990, Estatuto del personal de Oficiales y Suboficiales de las Fuerzas Militares.

Suspensión de cursos. A un Alumno se le podrá suspender el curso por fuerza mayor, incapacidad sicofísica comprobada o necesidades institucionales.

Parágrafo 1

El curso podrá reanudarse cuando cesen las causas que motivaron su suspensión, siempre y cuando la inasistencia no supere el 20% del total de horas de clase.

Parágrafo 2

En caso de suspensión definitiva del curso por las causales anotadas, el Alumno podrá ser llamado a integrar el siguiente curso si continúa llenando los demás requisitos establecidos.
