Ábrese un crédito suplemental al Departamento de Guerra y Marina, imputable así:

Al capítulo 40, artículo 155 del Presupuesto para la vigencia económica de 1884 á 1885, por la suma de

$ 1.000.000

Al capítulo 41, artículo 156 del mismo Presupuesto, por la suma de

$ 500.000

Dése cuenta al Honorable Senado Plenipotenciarios para los efectos legales.
