Sanciones. A los agentes consulares, a los agentes diplomáticos del Gobierno Colombiano cuando cumplan funciones consulares y a los funcionarios del Fondo Rotatorio del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores les son aplicables las normas contenidas en el régimen sancionatorio que se consagran en el Libro Quinto del Estatuto Tributario, en caso de no efectuar los giros respectivos, efectuarlos tardíamente y, en general, en caso de incumplir las obligaciones a su cargo.
