Articulo 1º Suprímese el puesto de Capitán del puerto de Tumaco y adscribense las funciones de éste al Administrador de la Aduana. El Administrador reglamentará y organizará los servicios que presente Decreto se le adscriben, dando cuenta oportuna al Ministerio de Hacienda de tales reglamentaciones, y teniendo en cuenta para la elaboración de ellas las disposiciones vigentes sobre régimen aduanero.
