ARTICULO 27 . DEFINICIÓN. Se denomina autoridad revisora el oficial en servicio activo responsable de la confrontación de las actuaciones del evaluado con la apreciación emitida por el evaluador, para garantizar el máximo grado de justicia y proteger los intereses del evaluado y de la Institución. Por norma general, es autoridad revisora el Comandante de la Unidad o Jefe de Repartición, inmediato superior de la autoridad evaluadora.
