PRESTACIÓN DE SERVICIOS AL PÚBLICO. Las entidades cooperativas de seguros podrán solicitar a la Superintendencia Bancaria autorización para extender la prestación de sus servicios al público en general. Para tal efecto, deberán cumplir con los requisitos enumerados en el artículo 2º de la Ley 105 de 1927 y el Superintendente podrá emitir o rechazar la solicitud en vista del concepto que se forme sobre la conveniencia para el público de esta autorización.
