Peritos. Habrá lugar a la designación de peritos cuando quiera que el promotor lo solicite al nominador, quien evaluará la necesidad del experticio frente al cumplimiento de las funciones por parte del promotor y las calidades del mismo, teniendo la posibilidad de negar la solicitud expresando razonadamente los motivos que tuviere para ello, acto que solo será susceptible del recurso de reposición.
