Art 2.° Facúltase al Gobierno para duplicar las cuatro líneas telegráficas siguientes:

1.ª La que va de Tunja á Chita, pasando por Toca pesca, Sogamoso Corrales Tasco, Socha, Socatá y Jerico.

2.ª La que va de Tunja á Soatá, pasando por Tata, Sotaquira Paipa Duitama Santa Rosa y Belén.

3.ª La que va de Tunja a Chiquinquirá pasando por Samaca Leiva Sutamarchán y Raquirá.

4.ª La que va de Tunja á Guateque pasando por Ramiquin Jenesano Tibana y Garagoa.
