Las Cooperativas Escolares tendrán además una Juntas Asesora integrada por el Inspector local, un maestro y un delegado de los padres de familia, que asesora a los socios en la administración de la Cooperativa. Las atribuciones de esta Junta estará determinada en los modelos de estatutos que elabora la Superintendencia Nacional de Cooperativas.
