Recibido el expediente en el Tribunal Supremo, el Magistrado sustanciador anuncia su llegada por medio de un auto en que se debe señalar día para que se verifique la audiencia pública, que no puede ser para antes de tres días ni después de seis contados desde el siguiente al de la fecha del repartimiento.
