De la clausura temporal de establecimientos . Consiste en impedir por un tiempo determinado las tareas que se desarrollan en un establecimiento, cuando se considere que está causando un problema sanitario. La clausura podrá aplicarse sobre el establecimiento completo o sobre parte del mismo.
