ARTICULO 11 . Conservación de procesos . Los juzgados de instrucción criminal que se incorporen a la Fiscalía General de la Nación, conservarán las investigaciones que vienen adelantando. Estas actuaciones sólo serán sometidas a nuevo reparto, si la unidad fiscal que se integre con los juzgados de instrucción, no tiene competencia conforme a las normas generales de este código.
