Auxíliase por la Nación a la Normal de Señoritas que funcionará en el Municipio de El Calvario, Departamento del Meta, con la suma de ochocientos mil pesos ($ 800.000.00), distribuídos así: cincuenta mil pesos ($ 50.000.00), para la adquisición del lote, y setecientos cincuenta mil pesos ($ 750.000.00), para la construcción y dotación.
