ARTICULO 43 . Los extranjeros mayores de siete (7) años, titulares de visa residente, temporal, cuya vigencia sea superior a un (1) año, y de inmigrante, deberán inscribirse en el registro de extranjeros que se lleva en el Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad, DAS, en la Dirección de Extranjería, Direcciones Seccionales y Puestos Operativos, dentro del plazo de treinta (30) días calendario a partir de su ingreso al país. Los extranjeros a quienes se les conceda una visa de estas clases dentro del país, deberán cumplir con la obligación mencionada dentro del mismo plazo, contado desde la fecha de otorgamiento de la respectiva visa.
