Los jueces que no envíen dentro de los primeros quince días de cada mes los datos a que se refiere el artículo 687, incurrirán en multa de cincuenta pesos, por cada demora, que impondrá el respectivo Tribunal disciplinaria y sumariamente.

El superior que permita imponer la sanción anterior, incurrirá en multa de cincuenta pesos, que le impondrá disciplinaria y sumariamente el Procurador General de la Nación.
