Las quintas partes que con arreglo al artículo anterior se depositen en la Pagaduría Central, formarán un fondo común de reserva destinado á la reparación del instrumental de las Bandas, y para la concesión de premios á los músicos que se hagan acreedores á ellos. De estos depósitos se llevará cuenta exacta y detallada en la Comandancia general de la 1ª División y en la Pagaduría Central. El estado mensual de la citada cuenta será pasado puntualmente por dicha Comandancia á la Sección 3ª del Ministerio de Guerra.
