° Adiciónase el artículo 6° del Decreto 1376 de 1986 con el siguiente numeral: 6. En los contratos que celebren los ordenadores de gasto en la Rama Jurisdiccional del Poder Público, cuando se trate de inmuebles destinados a los despachos judiciales, el Cuerpo Técnico de la Policía Judicial y las dependencias de la Dirección Nacional de la Carrera Judicial y las Direcciones Seccionales de la misma.
