Las prestaciones a que se refiere la Ley 61 de 1939 , serán reconocidas a favor de los trabajadores en todas las obras y trabajos cuyo valor exceda de diez mil pesos ( $ 10.000.00). es entendido que quedan también comprendidos, para los efectos de las prestaciones de la citada Ley, los trabajadores de las companías constructoras aun cuando se les ocupe en obras cuya cuantía no llegue a diez mil ($ 10.000.00) pesos.

Queda modificado en estos terminos el parágrafo 1° del artículo 1o. de la Ley 61 de 1939 .
