Para el trabajador que devengare una remuneración inferior al salario mínimo legal vigente que le corresponda, las cotizaciones se computarán sobre la base de dicho salario mínimo. El salario máximo asegurable no podrá ser inferior a veintidós (22) veces el salario mínimo lega.
