Los estudiantes de que trata el presente decreto, tendrán todas las prestaciones económicas y asistenciales del Sistema General de Riesgos Laborales establecidas en el Decreto-ley 1295 de 1994, en la Ley 776 de 2002, en la Ley 1562 de 2012 y en las demás normas que las modifiquen, adicionen o sustituyan.
