° Los funcionarios que a la fecha de publicación del presente Decreto se encontraren nombrados en los cargos relacionados en el artículo 1°, tendrán derecho al pago de indemnizaciones o de las bonificaciones en los términos que tratan los artículos 102 a 106 del Decreto 2164 del 30 de diciembre de 1992, siempre y cuando se cumpla con los presupuestos legales establecidos para tal efecto.
