° A solicitud del Instituto Colombiano de Seguros Sociales o de las Cajas Seccionales, las Administraciones de Hacienda Nacional se abstendrán de expedir, certificados de paz y salvo del impuesto sobre la renta y complementarios a las personas, o entidades que, estando obligadas, no se hayan inscrito o no hubieren pagado las cotizaciones correspondientes.
