º . El artículo 18 del Decreto 2148 de 1983, quedará así: "Cuando en una escritura se segreguen una o más porciones de un inmueble, se identificarán y alinderarán los predios segregados y el restante. Si se expresa la cabida se identificará la de cada unidad por el sistema métrico decimal".
