La Nación, directamente por medio del Ministerio de Obras Públicas o mediante delegación en la Secretaria de Obras Públicas del Departamento de Caldas, procederá a realizar en la Catedral de Manizales, hasta por la suma de dos millones de pesos ($ 2.000.000.), las obras de reparación más necesarias de los daños sufridos por esa Basílica a causa de los pasados terremotos. Destínase la suma de dos millones de pesos ($ 2.000.000) para tal fin.
