º . Secretaría Técnica . La Secretaría Técnica del Consejo Nacional de Operación de Gas Natural, CNO, y su financiamiento, serán establecidos en el estatuto interno de funcionamiento del mismo.

Parágrafo

El Ministerio de Minas y Energía no participará en la financiación del Consejo Nacional de Operación de Gas Natural, CNO.
