Objeto. El presente Capítulo tiene por objeto reglamentar el funcionamiento de los Órganos Colegiados de Administración y Decisión Regionales y su Secretaría Técnica una vez sean impuestas las medidas de control previstas en el inciso tercero del artículo 169, en el literal b) del artículo 176 y en los literales b) y d) del artículo 178 de la Ley 2056 de 2020.
