Decreto 603 de 1966 · Por el cual se reorganiza la educación agrícola de nivel medio y se crean las carreras intermedias agropecuarias

Artículo veintidós. Los planteles de educación agropecuaria de nivel medio e intermedio, oficiales no nacionales y privados, darán cumplimento a las disposiciones sobre planes de estudios del presente Decreto, y a las reglamentaciones que dicte el Ministerio de Educación.

Parágrafo

Estos planteles deberán obtener del Ministerio de Educación licencia previa de funcionamiento. la que se dará por resolución motivada, después de comprobar que el establecimiento cuenta con personal docente idóneo y suficiente, locales y terrenos adecuados y los equipos necesarios para la educación agropecuaria.
