El artículo 9o. del Decreto extraordinario 50 de 1981, quedará así: Para efectos del pago de horas extras, dominicales y festivos o del reconocimiento del descanso compensatorio, los literales a) de los artículos 36 y 40 del Decreto extraordinario 1042 de 1978, quedarán así: a). El empleo deberá pertenecer al nivel operativo, hasta el grado 16 del nivel administrativo y hasta el grado 09 del nivel técnico".
