Sobre los metales preciosos obtenidos al beneficiar las escorias, las barrenaduras de barras, los residuos de laboratorios, etc., la participación nacional se cobrará de acuerdo con el promedio del porcentaje aplicado durante el lapso en que se hayan extraído y beneficiado dichos metales, bien sea que éstos resulten en las instalaciones del contratista o en los laboratorios donde se hagan los ensayes de las barras.
