º . La Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales mediante resolución señalará los contribuyentes, responsables o agentes retenedores obligados a cumplir con la presentación de las declaraciones y pagos tributarios, mediante el Software del Sistema Declaración y Pago Electrónico.

Parágrafo

Cuando alguno de los contribuyentes señalados en la resolución respectiva cambie su domicilio fiscal, deberá seguir cumpliendo sus obligaciones tributarias mediante el Software del Sistema Declaración y Pago Electrónico de la DIAN.
