Art. 9.º El Gobierno nacional, también concederá primas hasta de á cien pesos á los cultivadores de cacao, por cada mil árboles que siembren y cultiven, de ahora en adelante, y presenten, de cuatro años de edad, á la autoridad que designe el Poder Ejecutivo al reglamentar esta ley.

Parágrafo

Las primas á que se refiere este artículo no se concederán á un solo cultivador por menos de mil ni por más de veinte mil árboles que se presenten de la edad fijada.
