ARTICULO 79. MESADA PENSIONAL DE NAVIDAD . A partir del presente decreto, los estudiantes de las escuelas de formación que se encuentren en goce de pensión, tendrán derecho a que la Policía Nacional les pague una mesada de navidad igual a la pensión que hayan devengado al 30 de noviembre del respectivo año, la que debe pagarse en la primera quincena del mes de diciembre.
