Art. 246. Los finiquitos de cuentas se expedirán al quedar definitivamente fenecidas todas las que hayan sido de cargo de un mismo responsable durante un bienio económico, y cuando ya haya cesado en su manejo; un solo finiquito las comprenderá á todas, haciéndose en él mención de todos los fenecimientos y expresando estar satisfechos los alcances si los ha habido.
