Artículo segundo. Las personas que hayan llenado los requisitos que establecen el Decreto 124 de 1954 y la Ley 8ª de 1971 asistirán a los cursos que se organizarán en las ciudades que establezca el Ministerio de Salud Pública, de acuerdo al número de aspirantes y a los recursos para la organización.
